Rising:
Tennessee: Up from a 3 seed to a 2 seed
-The Vols jump to a 2 seed with their dismantling of Texas A&M in the SEC Championship, leaping Duke after their loss.
Iowa: Up from a 6 seed to a 5 seed
-The Hawkeyes leap to a 5 seed with their win in the Big 10 title game over Purdue.
Colorado State: Up from a 7 seed to a 6 seed
-The Rams move back up to the 6 line over Michigan State after the Spartans lost to Purdue in the Big 10 semifinals.
TCU: Up from a 9 seed to an 8 seed
-The Horned Frogs get back to an 8 seed thanks to Creighton's loss to Villanova in the Big East Championship, allowing them to take their spot on the 8 line.
Memphis: Up from a 10 seed to a 9 seed
-The Tigers rolled SMU in the AAC semis (a Q1 win) even with the loss to Houston the Tigers move up.
Virginia Tech: Up from a 12 seed to a 10 seed
-The Hokies jump 2 seed lines all the way up to a 10 after their dominant Q1A victory over Duke in the ACC Championship.
Wyoming: Up from a 12 seed to an 11 seed
-Richmond stealing a bid elevated the second play-in game to an 11 seed, thus moving the Cowboys up.
Georgia State: Up from a 16 seed to a 15 seed
-The Panthers move up to a 15 seed thanks to LBSU losing in the Big West final, allowing them to take their spot on the 15 line.
Falling:
Duke: Down from a 2 seed to a 3 seed
-The Blue Devils fall to a 3 seed with their loss to Virginia Tech in the ACC Championship.
Texas: Down from a 5 seed to a 6 seed
-The Longhorns fall back to a 6 seed after Iowa leaped them with a win in the Big 10 title game.
Michigan State: Down from a 6 seed to a 7 seed
-The Spartans fall back to a 7 seed after coming up short against Purdue in the Big 10 semifinals, a win that would have solidified them as a 6.
Creighton: Down from an 8 seed to a 9 seed
-The Bluejays drop to a 9 seed after a tough loss to Villanova in the Big East title game. Not a bad loss, but enough to cede their spot back to TCU who was right on their tail.
Iowa St: Up from a 10 seed to a 9 seed
-The Cyclones get dropped to a 10 seed after Memphis leaped them with their win over SMU.
Davidson: Down from a 10 seed to an 11 seed
-The Wildcats fall to an 11 seed after their loss to Richmond in the A-10 final.
Notre Dame: Down from an 11 seed to a 12 seed
-The Irish fall to a 12 seed after getting leaped by Virginia Tech, who clinched the ACC's auto-bid with their win over Duke.
Entering and Leaving the Field:
Richmond: New at a 12 seed
SMU: Out
-The Spiders enter the field as a true bid-thief, knocking SMU out of the field with their upset win over Davidson in the A-10 final.
Akron: New at a 13 seed
Kent State: Out
-The Zips took down a depleted Kent State squad in the MAC Championship to earn the league's auto-bid and take their spot in the field.
Yale: New at a 14 seed
Princeton: Out
-The Bulldogs knocked off Princeton in the Ivy League title game and take their spot in the field as a result.
Cal State Fullerton: New at a 16 seed
Long Beach State: Out
-The Titans beat LBSU to claim the Big West crown, and enter the field as a 16 seed in their place.
Texas Southern: New at a 16 seed
Alcorn State: Out
-The Tigers routed Alcorn State in the SWAC title game and took their spot in the field as the SWAC champs.
Texas A&M CC: New at a 16 seed
SE Louisiana: Out
-The Islanders took down SELA in the Southland title game and enter the field in their place as Southland Champions.
**Bracketometry Notes: Other teams who won and lost since the last update who's seed didn't change did likely move up or down the S-Curve, but maybe went from . Example: A projected 2 seed who was 5th on the S-Curve could have lost and fallen from 5th to 8th on the S-Curve, however 8th on the S-Curve is still a 2 seed.
